1.Eligibility for Returns:

    • Products must be purchased directly from Zip Zap Zoop or our authorized retailers.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Used, worn, or damaged products.
    • Products without original packaging or missing tags.
    • Personalized or custom-made items.
    • Gift cards and downloadable digital content.

3. Return Process:

Refund and Exchange:

      • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.
      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3business days after the return is approved.
      • If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.
      • In case the product is not eligible for a refund (e.g., if it does not meet the return criteria), we will contact you to discuss available options.

    Shipping Charges:

      • Shipping charges for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors made by Zip Zap Zoop
      • For exchanges, Zip Zap Zoop will cover the shipping costs of sending the replacement product to the customer.

    Damaged or Defective Products:

        • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the order.
        • We will arrange for the return and replacement of the damaged or defective item at no extra cost to you.

      Cancellation Policy:

          • If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it to ensure the cancellation can be processed before shipping.
